Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions

After checking the availability of our activities, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment must be made before the session commences. Payments can be made either by bank transfer (bacs) or cheque, at least 28 days before the session. By prior agreement payments by cash may be accepted on the day of the session.

Receiving your booking form and deposit confirms the acceptance of Way2Go Adventures Ltd terms and conditions.

Prior to Activity Cancellations

If you cancel:

If the session is cancelled or a group member fails to attend on the day, Way2Go Adventures Ltd will not refund the payment nor will alternative dates be offered. If changes need to be made to the confirmed session, they must be made 28 days prior to the activity date. Dates and group numbers may be altered within this period yet deposits will not be returned. Deposit payable at time of booking is non-refundable. If cancelled 14-27 days before activity 50% of balance refundable. If cancelled 0-13 days before activity no refund (due to loss of business).

If we cancel:

If the session is cancelled by Way2Go Adventures Ltd, you will be offered an alternative date and if unacceptable you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations due to weather:

If the weather conditions are unsuitable for the activity to go ahead Way2Go Adventures will offer alternative locations.

If the water conditions are not suitable for canoeing, kayaking, raft building or expeditions, the venue will be changed to a more sheltered area where possible.

Medical Forms and Risk Declaration

Forms must be filled in by each group member declaring medical information and acknowledgment of risks. These forms can be sent to you, printed out, completed before the session and sent back to us or can be completed on arrival. Contact us for the booking and medical form.

Customer Behaviour

During the session the guides reserve the right to stop the session if they deem the participants to be purposely making the session unsafe in anyway. Way2Go Adventures Ltd will not offer refunds in such circumstances. Any equipment damaged due to customers’ disruptive behaviour will be charged for in full.

Alcohol and Drugs

Customers that are deemed to be under the influence or suffering from the effects of alcohol or drugs will be unable to participate in any of Way2Go Adventures Ltd activities. There will be no refund offered or chance to rearrange the date.

Age Restrictions

Age restrictions are outlined on this website where applicable. Other than those, any age can take part in any Way2Go Adventures Ltd activities as long the safety kit fits them. Our smallest buoyancy aid is 60cm in the chest (about age 5). Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Insurance

Way2Go Adventures Ltd holds liability cover of £5 million. We will happily send you a copy of our certificate upon request.

Way2Go Adventures Terminology

Family/families – if you read family/families it equates to 2 Adults and 2 children up to the age of 17.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months and can be used at any time throughout the year subject to availability. When booking your activity using a gift voucher, you are subject to the same terms and conditions as above.

Your Data

Any information we receive (including contact details) is only for Way2Go Adventures use and will not be passed on or sold to anyone else.
