Yoga in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley
Yoga is an incredibly popular and enjoyable activity with a huge range of physical and mental health benefits. Way2Go Adventures are delighted to add yoga to our activity options in 2018.
We run regular yoga classes in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, and also offer group sessions which are great for visiting holidaymakers, groups of friends, hen parties, corporate groups and those on a wellbeing journey.

Stand Up Paddleboarding Yoga
We also offer Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Yoga which brings an extra challenge for the experienced yogi, a fun alternative to indoor yoga and a focus on balance and core strength in the peaceful surroundings of calm waters and in beautiful locations. A great group activity this is ideal for hen parties, birthdays and for yoga fans looking to advance their yoga practice and learn new skills. It’s also lots of fun!
